Returns Policy

1. We offer a no-quibble 7-day returns policy on all purchases. *

2. To return a reed:

   • Package the reed in the same box it was sent in

   • Include all original packaging materials

   • Ensure the reed is in its original condition, undamaged. *

3. Return shipping:

   • Large letter postage for return please.

4. Refund process:

   • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

   • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

*     Reeds must not have been altered by scraping, cutting, sanding, reaming or any other invasive alterations. Wire adjustments are permitted.
